This book was amazing. It is about the life of a women who loses everything and yet finds the strength to carry on. She was part of a major TV station and suddenlty becomes a temp. It goes through the trials of boyfriends and love and friendships. I give this book a 4 out of 5.

This is not the kind of book I typically read. It is a fun, easy read about a young British woman trying to find love and success, first in London and then in Hong Kong. I didn't think I'd have much in common with her, but the pervasive theme of wanting to be better and daydreaming of her future hooked me in. The main character, Cat Wellesley, works her butt off for ungrateful, hateful bosses in a 'Devil Wears Prada' style, then has to scramble to find work when she gets let go. At times I was drawn in and could almost feel myself traveling around the exotic, faraway Hong Kong with her, but to be honest at other times I didn't feel I would ever do some of the things she did. Nevertheless, it was entertaining and I didn't put it down, I do recommend it!
