I had several packages that were supposed to be mailed today, but I could not access my account.  There was a message that I had to email the PBS librarian.  I did so three times and never got a response.  I tried all day and still could not access my account.  There is still no email from PBS, but I now have access to my account.  What am I supposed to do about 5 packages that I can not get in the mail today.  And why did I not get an email explaining what's happening?

I know nothing about your account being frozen.  It's definitely a mysterious bummer but I'm at least certain it wasn't meant to mess up your outgoing requests.  I would suggest simply waiting a while for the email that I'm sure will arrive with an explanation.  Sometimes the messages and actions don't sync up entirely, but it all works out in the end.

As far as your five packages...are they due to be mailed by today?  If not then there's (presumably) always tomorrow.  If they're going to expire if not marked mailed today, then I would explain the situation briefly to your Requesters, mark the packages mailed, and then make absolutely sure to mail them tomorrow.  A simple "I couldn't access my account so I'm mailing them tomorrow" should be more than sufficient.  Hope that helps, and hope everything works out :)
