I know nothing about your account being frozen. It's definitely a mysterious bummer but I'm at least certain it wasn't meant to mess up your outgoing requests. I would suggest simply waiting a while for the email that I'm sure will arrive with an explanation. Sometimes the messages and actions don't sync up entirely, but it all works out in the end.
As far as your five packages...are they due to be mailed by today? If not then there's (presumably) always tomorrow. If they're going to expire if not marked mailed today, then I would explain the situation briefly to your Requesters, mark the packages mailed, and then make absolutely sure to mail them tomorrow. A simple "I couldn't access my account so I'm mailing them tomorrow" should be more than sufficient. Hope that helps, and hope everything works out :)
