I sent a book awhile ago to a user. The book hasn't arrived, and all of the books that I sent before, on and after the date that I sent the book have arrived. I kinow media mail is funky sometimes, but I'm not sure it's the PO.
I sent a PM to the member, asking about the book and never got a response.
What happens if their account isn't being used anymore and they never mark the book as being received? Have I lost the credit? Ever since this happened I've been using printable postage so I get instant credit.
What can I do if it goes lost?
If you sent the book to an inactive account, the PBS system will automatically mark the book received. I wouldn't PM the person again until the book actually goes "lost" and then see what happens. If you receive your credit on that date, then you'll have your credit and your answer.
