I have order books from member bookshelf and get a message thatr thouse same books I order from a member is coming from a different member.. And I order these from the members bookshelf... WHat theheck is going on??

If you click on a book to see the information, you are no longer ordering from that persons shelf but from the FIFO. It is ok to click and look at the info but use the back button to go back to the shelf before clicking order this book.

Did you order from the shelf or from the book discription page?  If you order from the book discription page it goes to FIFO.

Is it possible this person cancelled the request? That would cause it to go to FIFO. 

(recently there was a glitch where books being posted directly to someone's WL were going into FIFO.  It happened to a lot of people.  So if you keep cancelling the wrong request and reordering from the right shelf and it still happens contact PBS)

I ws in her bookshelf I had this happen a few times so I MADE sure I was in her bookshelf before I order it and it still went to a different member.

Did the request time out then?  If you order from a specific bookshelf and that member doesn't accept in 48 hrs the request is passed on to the FIFO system.

You get 5 days to respond to a request before it times out. 48 is for WL offers.

the request was not up since it happen the same time that I asked for it.. she was even on line and I told her what book I order from her shelf and she  said she never got the request. and that this has happnen to her before also.

Well, you can check who you are ordering from (not sure how to make sure you order from her shelf, but you can checK) before clicking "process order" click "order more from member" and that'll tell you whose shelf you are on.

I did but it still went to sombody else.... this is so frustrating especially when you doing deals.

A few days ago they had some sorta glitch that wouldn't let people order directly from another member's bookshelf.  It would let you order the book, but it took it from the FIFO line instead of that person's shelf.  I know that R&R came on and said it was fixed, but it happened after that time to someone who tried to post a book to my shelf, so I'm not sure of the status of the glitch.
