I have this book, sort of.  The ISBN is the same but the one I have is the third edition. It also says 'unknown binding' is there any way that I can edit this to say hardcover?

You can use the "no ISBN" feature to post your book.  On the post your book page, look for this message on the bottom right:

"If you cannot find the ISBN on the back cover, then look in the book publisher information at the beginning of the book. If you still cannot find an ISBN for your book, then click here."

You could also go to the blue link at the bottom and click on Edit Book Data since the link you gave goes to a pretty vague (I think) description for the book.  In the meantime, I'd go ahead and post it with the ISBN on the book.  As a double-check, I'd pm the person who requests to confirm that it's a 3rd edition hardback it if that comes in before the book information is edited.

Joey, If the title and ISBN match then post it using that, and then use the Edit Book Data to send in the update. If you can find the cover image, send that in also. The Book Date and Image volunteers here are pretty quick to up-date stuff we send in. You can usually find cover images that meet the size requirements on Amazon.
