ASIN:   B000W9AE1Y

A Wild Yearning by Penelope Williamson   -  hardback.

this book is out there but it is not listed here as a choice and the ASIN number doesn't bring it up?  Can it be added to the list of books?

It looks like the HB is under the same ISBN as one of the paperback versions.

(I usually trigger the system to list books by entering the ISBN.  That can't be done if the publisher used one for both editions.)

You can list the book without an ISBN. Those weird, half ISBNs you sometimes see are those. I've done it, but don't remember exactly how, now, but I'm sure it's pretty easy or I wouldn't have managed it. :-)

This is frustrating because the book is $20 on amazon.  You know that someone has a copy they are going to post tomorrow and I will miss it.   Can I request one on the Book Bazaar?  Announce that I am looking for a copy.  I think here is a better place to ask, but I don't know if that is Kosher.

Well technically it's not a WL book because there are paperback copies in the system. (I personally would just order an available paperback but then I don't have a binding preference)

You could put in your signature and maybe a book bazaar post that you are looking for the hardcover version and the ASIN #.  But my guess is that it's not a common edition of hte book. Probably an old book club edition which explains the goofy ISBN.  Old romances like that usually only are on hardcover if they were through a book club.

Oh sorry, I thought you meant you had one you wanted to post. I doubt you're missing many copies here though, if it sells for $20 on Amazon.

It is actually only about 15 years old which is why I was so surprised that the hardback is the same ISBN.  I think it was printed in 1996.
