On one of my WL books, it says "Status Accepted - Printed". I assume this means the label was printed, but it hasn't been marked mailed yet, right?

How long does she have to mail it from the time it gets printed? If she doesn't mail it by then will I get back to the front of the line? Should I PM her or just let it go?

I think at least 2 days to mark it mailed.  I don't know if the WL books are any different than fifo when it comes to mailing them out.  But I don't think so.......

I know that someone will give you a more thorough answer than I did.

if she never marks it mailed, then you'll go back on the WL in your prior place.  (depending on what else is going on, this may not be #1 - i ended up at #3 after someone turned down my RCs on a WL book today, so perhaps the two in front of me also had RCs turned down by the same person.)

i wouldn't send a PM, the deadline is right there on the My Account page when the user looks at it.

you get the 'accepted' if someone clicks the 'i can mail within 2 days' button.  but the system gives them at least that two days plus another two days grace period - and i think it really gives them about 5 days.  (and the ' - printed' is added if they've looked at the label.)

The "accepted -printed" means that the sender has printed the label.  Once they do this, you cannot cancel on your end.  They have to choose a mail-by date when they accept.  The default is within 2 days, but you can select up to 5 days.  In addition, you get a 2-day grace period.  So, worst case, the book has to be marked mailed within 7 days of when it was accepted.

If the sender fails to mark the book sent by 2 days after their deadline, then your request will automatically roll to the next PBS member in the FIFO line who has that book available.  You will NOT be notified if this happens, but you can check in your Transaction Archive if you want a peek "under the hood."

You don't need to do anything - there is no reason to PM.  Just wait for your book, and with any luck it will arrive soon!
