That the same book ordered from the same poster would go "lost" twice?

Because in two days, that book goes lost for the second time.  I have to wonder if it will be offered to me again within hours of it going lost by the same poster a third time.  I've contemplated sending a message to the person, but I really have no idea what to say.  I'm also somewhat concerned that it may be artificially inflating my "lost" percentage.

It sounds as if they're failing to mail the book even though they marked it as such, and then reposting the book once the transaction has canceled.  If that's the case, and you've waited your second month only to have the second attempt go lost, I would think this warrants a message to PBS on the matter.  You have a right to be concerned about books headed your way going lost, but I think PBS will be much more interested in a member who manages to post the same lost book multiple times.
