New Week!!!

What about making this a monthly thread instead of a weekly thread?

Finished Eliabeth Boyle's Love Letters From the Duke and it was zany and fun. Her books can be hit or miss with me, but this one was a hit. Not sure what I am going to read next. I have a Kyle Brant's Touching Evil ebook, the 2nd in her Circle of Evil series. I also have Jo Goodman ebook, Her Defiant Heart...or a million other books I could pick up. Kresley Cole's The Professional 2 comes out tomorrow, so I will for sure be finishing that book.

I finished Quintisentally Q and I thought Tears of Tess was dark, whew! Maybe I'm just a wimp when it comes to these kind of books. She has a third book coming out that deals with their happily ever after and I'm glad. That couple needs some HEA.

I need something light so I'm going to read Finding Cinderella by Colleen Hoover.

No complaints here.

I'm reading Waking Kiss by Annabel Joseph.

What's that one about Missy?

I'm working my way thru Colters' Gift by Maya Banks.

Sarah, let us know how Colter's Gift is, I'm WL'ed for it, but still #10!

Today's read was Hot in Here by Lori Foster.  It's 3 novellas that (apparently) were in other anthologies.  I'd already read 2 of them, but I still enjoyed it.

Sarah, it's the start of her new Ballet BDSM series. It takes place during a season of the London City Ballet and features a ballet dancer and the Dom she meets who 'frees' her from her sexual hangups. Quite honestly its probably my least favorite Annebel Joseph, so far. I LOVED her Comfort series, and Mercy, but this one kind of lacks in comparison. The Dom in this one just doesn't quite meet the standards of the rest of her Doms. I gotta admit though, I'm quite smitten with a secondary character, and will most definitely be picking up the second book for his story.

Colters' Gift is good, I'm enjoying it.

Was perusing B&N last night and they've dropped the ebook price on it to $5.  I bet Amazon has as well.

I'd be fine with making this a monthly thread. Makes sense. :)

I finished Nina Bangs' My Wicked Vampire (Castle of Dark Dreams, Bk 4) and as usual was entertained. Then I realized that I missed a novella from that series, so I'm reading the Surf's Up anthology.

I think a monthly thread would work better.

I'm reading Reaver and I'm only inthe third chapter and I never thought I'd say it, but I like Harvester so much.

I was surprised by that too, Rebecca.

I'm hoping to finish Texas Pride tonight. I'm finding that Kindle Alexander is a hit or miss with me. Some are excellent and then others are just kind of meh. This one has some inconsistencies and a few editing issues that just keep popping out at me no matter how hard I try to ignore them.

I read Abbi Glines' Twisted Perfection and liked it so much I immediately read the second book, Simple Perfection which wasn't nearly as good.

Finished off Colters' Gift last night.  Oh, also snuck in an older Maya Banks category book too, Wanted By Her Lost Love.  That one was excellent too.

Not reading anything at the moment (gasp!).  Planning to hit Target after work today and pick up the latest KGI book and dive into that.

Well, boo.  No new KGI book at Target.  They have the new Jaci Burton that released yesterday but not the Maya Banks.

I just bought it in ebook, $4.59 for the Nook book and I had a gift card anyway.  That's way cheaper than I can get a paper copy for.  I'm sure the grocery stores will have it but I'll have to pay the full $7.99 list price.
