I just finished Seven Nights to Forever by Evangeline Collins and loved it. Star crossed lovers. I just found out she's also Ava March, which makes perfect sense, because it reminded me a little of March's first "Brook Street" book.

I'm reading Stuck With You by Vicki Lewis Thompson - an older harlequin love and laughter set around Thanksgiving (ok so I'm late LOL!) I've read it before and it's a cute short little read.

I borrowed some more historical romances in ebook from the library - elizabeth hoyt's prince trilogy- well the first 2 on waiting list for the 3rd. seems I read here a long time ago that they're good. also waiting on the wallflower series. guess I could find my paperbacks and start them that way but it's really hard on the eyess - heck even the ebooks are tough on my eyes sometimes. sad

The Proposal by Mary Balogh was just ok.  Not as good as I wanted it to be.  But I am looking forward to the next on in that series, which sounds good.

Right now I'm reading Love's Rescue by Tammy Barley, a NTM author.  Unfortunately I'm very close to a dnf with this - the heroine is an idiot.

I have been doing  a lot of reading, just not posting. I finished Alyssa Johnson's An Unexpected Gentleman and I really liked it. It was an emotional, funny read. Connor was so funny, trying to figure out if he got the better end of the deal, as he tricked his way into marriage. I also finished Sandra Brown's Low Pressure. The ending was much better that the last one. A good romantic suspense. I re-read Kresley Cole's Demon from the Dark...man I love that book. I also read JAK's Copper Beach, supposed to be a move from the Arcane series, but felt exactly the same to me. Then I started DG's Dragonfly in Amber. Tomorrow is Kresley Cole's release of Shadow's Claim! Can't wait.

Keri - ditto for me, reading and not posting. Finished up Rock Chick Revenge. Then I read Naked (The Blackstone Affair, Part 1) by Raine Miller. It was okay - barely. Just seemed really unrealistic to me. It ended with a "cliffhanger", but I find that I don't really care all that much how it turns out.

Now, I'm reading Eternal Kiss (Mark of the Vampire, Bk 2) by Laura Wright. Really liking it. I really like this series a lot. I do find it annoying how they use their terminology all the time though. My only gripe.

Oh, and Susanna, my first book by Hoyt was The Raven Prince. OMG - I was hooked!!! Definitely one of my most favorite reads.

eta: I don't know how I forgot, but I also read Tall, Dark and Lonely (Pyte/Sentinel series) by R.L. Mathewson and I loved it!

I haven't had much reading time, what with Thanksgiving and kids school conferences in the same week, plus I'm trying to prepare for another holiday bazaar in a couple of weeks.  I did manage to read My Kind of Christmas, the latest VR book.  It was ok, probably not one that will stick in my memory for long though.  Not that I have any time, but I plan to start the newest Fools Gold book, the Christmas one, whatever that one is called but I can't remember.  Probably something obvious like "Fools Gold Christmas", lol.  I have more trouble remembering book titles since I started using book covers.

Tonya, I love her Pyte/Sentinals series just as much as her NFH series. The Pyte books just get better and better and I can't wait for #4. I hope we get Kale's book soon though...what a hunk! Although I am on pins and needles for her historical NFH books...I can just imagine what a hoot that is going to be.

I'm reading a 1979 Sally Wentworth Harlequin Romance, RIGHTFUL POSSESSION. Hero won't send her embezzler brother to prison if heroine marries him, becomes his wife/hostess to keep conniving mamas and gold-diggers away.

I've always enjoyed Wentworth's books and this one is starting out quite good, like her writing style a lot. So far it isn't coming across as too dated. The heroine would be 56 years old in 2012.......

I finished a great start to a newer series, Beyond Shame by Kit Rocha. The next one doesn't come out until next year. :(

Also almost done with Wild, Wicked, & Wanton by Jaci Burton. Pretty light on plot, but the sex scenes are smokin'. Next up will be The Rogue: Settler's Mine 6 by Mechele Armstrong.

I borrowed a mail order bride erotic historical called Bedding the Beast and loved it. It was only $.99, so I bought my own copy, if anyone would like to borrow it. (Kindle.) Part of the Loose ID sale that's still going on.

I just finished Some Girls Bite by Chloe Neill and loved it. Not really a romance, more UF I think, but definitely going to read that series. Kinda reminded me of the Fever books. Not in content, but style I guess.

Starting Sweet Dreams by Kristen Ashley today. On loan from a really sweet friend from the ebook vbox. smiley  They are an awesome group!

Whisper Falls by Toni Blake.  Made me cry, made me furious, made me want to throw it at a wall.  Loved the hero, hated the heroine.   3 stars.

I'm almost done with Raven Prince by Elizabeth Hoyt and liking it - like the dog LOL! Tonya my first by her was in that 4 soldiers? actually the only 4 of hers I've read. I dont read historical usually but read the 3 Kleypas books in the Bow Street Runners and while I waited for the wallflower books(actuallyb ook 2 just came available) I decided to try these 3 of Hoyt's - have the first 2 ebook from library and waiting for the 3rd...may have to go back and read the 'good parts' since I managed to be at work during those scenes - what are the odds?!

Finishing up The Soldier by Grace Burrowes... decided I want to get this darn series finished, or at least up to the first Christmas book by Christmas! Don't like it quite as much as The Heir, but it's grown on me.

I finished Lora Leigh's Secret Sins today.  I LOVE this series for the storyline, but I swear she just phones it in on the details.  The sex scenes (oh, so many sex scenes) were repetitive, she literally used the same phrases over and over.  It got to the point I just skimmed them (and I never do that).  I really liked that she brought in Jordan and Rory Malone from the Black Ops series to the story.

Rebecca, I've read it and it's not all that bad lol.

Just finished C791 by Eve Langlais and it was good. Started Unleashing the Strom by Sydney Croft, and I never thought I'd say this about an erotica book, but she needs to cut down on the sex scenes and get more into the story.

Kind of on an alien kick so I think I'm going to put the Croft book on hold and start The Savage King by Michelle Pillow

Finished up Sweet Dreams. I can't count how many times I had to laugh at Tate. Such the alpha male. Lol.

Next up is Laura Lee Gehrke's The Wicked Ways of a Duke. Need to send that one out.

Last night I read Beseiged by Jade Black.   Weird, in a sexy kind of way.  You'd just have to read it.  *shakes head*  Definitely HOT though.
