I am new here and was just wondering if there was a place where people post what they are reading now and then kind of talk about it?  Or is there a book club type thing where we pick a book and then read it and talk about it as we go along?  Thanks!  Kim S

There is all of that available.  This forum is mainly for asking questions about the site and using the site.  So you've done the right thing!  There is - I believe - a PBS online book club as well as local PBS book clubs all over the country.  There is also the genre forums for each kind of book lover and there is Hidden Gems where people talk and post about the books they've found or authors they like.  The Club Member's Thoughts forum is for general socializing as well as talking about books.  Try looking at each forum to find the ones you like.
