This book was refreshing! I was on the fence about homeschooling and saw this book. I thought, "Great I can get the best of both worlds!" The more I read from Linda Dobson, the more I realized that homeschooling was going to be a much better fit for my children and our family as a whole. I have one special needs child and while reading this book, my heart was changed about what would be best for him, and we pulled him from Special Ed. Preschool through the school district. I highly recommend this book for those on the fence about homeschool and those who want to incorporate a learning lifestyle with their publicly schooled kids. Be warned, her homeschooling ideas are contagious!
