If the ISBN numbers for both editions are the same, then technically the sender didn't do anything wrong.

It's possible that the ISBN used for the anniversary edition is the same one used for the regular edition.  Did you check to see if the ISBN in the book matches the one listed in the listing you requested?  If the ISBN's don't match, technically you should mark the book Received With a Problem, citing Wrong Book as your reason.  When someone lists a book it has to match four fields: Title, Author, ISBN and binding type.  If the ISBN matches it's possible the title was listed incorrectly, though elss likely.  If the same ISBN was used for both editions then unfortunately there's not much you can do but attempt to order another copy, PMing the Sender and asking if it's the anniversary edition before they accept or mail the book.

If the ISBN matches, you can add an RC just for when requesting that book.
