I remember getting a pm from one a looonnng time ago when I 1st joined. But now I have a question and I don't know who to ask? How do I find one?

You can find your Tour Guide, if you have one, listed at the top left side of your Personal Messages page.

If not, or if you want to find and contact a Tour Guide who is currently online, you can contact one of the Tour Guides listed in the Live Help section. Just click on Help Center tab at the top of any page, then choose Live Help link to bring up a list of Tour Guides who are currently online and available to provide Help via PM. (It is an exchange of PMs and not an interactive chat session.)
