I live in East Syracuse NY and I mailed out a book to Olean NY. So the book should have gotten there quickly. Now almost three weeks later I send a PM to the member and do not get a reply. I check their profile, inventory and wishlist and everything is blank. What do I do if the other "member" never replies or repots the book received. So far the book has not been returned to me.

After 26 days, the system will mark the book "lost." At that point, if it has also been five days since you PMd the requestor without a reply, go down to the bottom right corner of any page here. Under "company" click on "contact us" and use the Feedback option to talk to the PBS admin team. Normally they can't get involved in problem swaps, but if a member isn't communicating, they'll step in.
