Has the requester waited a full month for media mail?  If not, they need to wait it out.  If so, it's up to you what you want to do.  If it were me I'd let them choose another book from my shelf.  If you're feeling extra generous, you could just return their credit but then they're getting a book for nothing....

BTW, not sure if you know this, but it's cheaper to send 2 books together than it is separately.

Why did you send the 2 books seperately?  Were they mailed on the same day?  I had 2 swap books to mail out last month.  I'm in WA state. Both books were going to the east coast.  One book got there in 3 days and was delivered on the 4th.  The other book took 3 days to leave the state and still has not arrived almost 3 weeks later.  It reached it's final state on Fri and still has not been delivered.  So I would tell them to wait a little bit longer.  Not sure what to tell you if they don't get it soon.  It seems like too much to offer them a credit but then they ordered a book deal from you and did not get all the books you offered.  If it doesn't get there soon, maybe offer them another book from your shelf. And mail books from one order together so it doesn't cause this confusion again.  It also saves on postage since you can mail 2 or 3 paperbacks for only slightly more than the cost to mail one usually.

Yes, just wait a while....  I was also going to ask why the two books weren't mailed in one package. It is easier to mail one package with two books in it, rather then two packages with one book each..
