I was about to post in the other thread but realized May starts in an hour so I figured I'd kick this one off :)

I finished Linger by Maggie Stiefvater tonight and all I can say so far is OMG. About to read my first John Green - Paper Towns! I'm pretty excited!

I'm reading

The Strangely Beautiful Tale of Miss Percy Parker
Author: Leanna Renee Hieber

and so far it's really good.  Someone reviewed it as being very like Harry Potter, but I don't see that at all, anywhere......

Oooh Colleen I have an egalley of Inside Out, I keep meaning to read it but forget I have it because I keep only looking at my bookshelf.

I'm still reading Paper Towns, really liking John Green. Just realized my library books are due so I'm trying to finish them all this weekend!

Shanyn -- I agree about Linger -- one of the best books I have read this year.

I just started the Carrie Diaries and I Kissed a Zombie and I Liked It. (both from the library)

I almost bought Carrie Diaries today but didn't realize it was hardcover... meh. Would rather buy 2 paperbacks than 1 hardcover (at least while there are still paperbacks that I want).

I think Paper Towns may be my favorite book of the year, but I'm not sure yet since I haven't finished it. Love John Green.

Kelly, you're reading one of the classic YA books. I know all about it, but haven't read it!

Great! I'll have to get it from the library, I gave my copy away. If you ever want 'The Chocolate War,' a classic by Robert Cormier; let me know.

Sometimes classified as YA, I read Red As Blood by Tanith Lee today. It was amazing. Check it out if you like retold fairy tales. There was also a lot of creepy awesome religious imagery and twisted stuff dealing with religion.

I am almost done with Hearts at Stake.  It's an awesome book and I'm really looking forward to the next book in the series.  Next up I have to finish The Unwritten Rule.

I have Voices Of Dragons by Carrie Vaughn too, Melissa!  I'm wanting to reading it, but it's slow going in Miss Percy Parker.  I wonder if she knows she is coming to the end of my patience?

I just finished Leviathan.  I liked it a lot more than I was expecting, though it seemed kind of young for YA.  A little more middle grades, really.  But an action packed, interesting story anyway.

Not sure what is next.  Probably Rules of Attraction!

LOL, Kim. If a book trys my patience that much, I have to just give it up and move on! I only have about 60 pages left of Voices Of Dragons, Im enjoying it, I'll finish it before bed tonight, so that I can move on to Burned tomorrow. Cant wait for that one!
