I did a Box-of-Books with someone back in Sept.  I mailed my books 09/11.  They  marked theirs mailed 10/12.  I never rec'd.  I pm'ed her several times.  She never responded.   Then PBS suspended her account.  Then today I receive a pm from PBS that she has marked she received my books. Her account shows her account is still closed.  I don't know at this point whether I will receive my books or not.  How can she access her account if it is closed

I think it's unlikely that you'll get your books after so long a time.   Maybe TPTB will give you some credits in return, if that other member had any in her account.  I'm not sure if you should PM and ask or just wait to hear from them (PBS) again.

If it is still showing up on your pending boxes, then you probably need to send feedback to TPTB with a brief explanation and asking the to close the transaction so it is not just hanging out there. That member must have had some sort of bad transaction history to be suspended. I would guess at this point there is no recourse for you for the books your out. I am sorry you had a bad trade. I am fairly new to boxing, but the trades I have made have been really great. I highly recommend becoming a boxer. Plus the fee helps support the site, which I think is great.

Dawn, this was a Box o Books transaction, so there aren't any credits involved--doubtful TPTB would give her any credits.

I think the books were most likely never sent, which may explain why the account is closed.
