Anyone have any news?

  • Discovered any new authors/books/series?
  • News about one of our favorite authors?
  • Eagerly anticipated books about to be availble or just out?

I read Wild Invitation: A Psy/Changeling Anthology recently. (Released March 2013) I love anything in the Psy-Changeling series. It included 4 short stories that were pretty good. Nothing too much about backstory on Psy plots. So you won't miss anything in that part if you don't read this one. It was mostly new or secondary characters other than Lara and Walker.  Each story focused on their romance/mating.  (Note-I bought as a Kindle book, so it won't be appearing on my available list - sorry!)

River Road, by Suzanne Johnson.

Kinda like Sookie Stackhouse, but WAY better. I did a separate thread on this.

Freida Warrington's new and last book, "The Grail of Summer Sands"  in her "Aertherials" trilogy is out. I loved loved loved the first two, and this one is good, but it gets bogged down a lot, IMO, with too much looking back and description of what the Aertherial realm was like on earth in pre-history., millions of years before the current-day events in this and the other two books.
