Jeanne - what grade is that for? 11th? My rising 10th grader has to read:
1. Guns Germs and Steel The Fates of Human Societies, and
2. Worlds of History, Volume One: To 1550: A Comparative Reader.
I wish she had some classic lit to read, that she would enjoy.

I switched schools so many times I never had to do the "summer reading" bs. haha! Margaret, "Guns, Germs, and Steel..." is a great book. Hopefully, your child will like it. |
