My kids called me today with an interesting story that involves my granddaughter and PaperBackSwap in a round about way.  My granddaughter was watching a movie (Confessions of a Shopaholic) and got very excited about a scene in the movie.  When her parents went over to see what the fuss was about, my granddaughter pointed out that her picture was in the movie on the cover of a book Raising Financially Fit Kids :: Joline Godfrey.  I'm guessing the Shopaholic in the movie was attempting to raise financially fit kids or something.

When I did a search for the book on PaperBackSwap I noticed that my granddaughter is not on the cover.  It some other little girl.  If I go to Amazon.Com my granddaughter is on the cover.

Hmmmm, why did someone replace my granddaughter's picture with another girl?  I submitted an edit book details to get this corrected.  But I wonder why someone did this?

Are you sure there's not more than one cover in publication?

It looks like there are muliple covers with different kids out there. Pricegrabber shows yet another one.

Most places have your granddaughter, which is by far the cutest :)

No, I'm not sure if there is more than one cover in publication.  That's the likely explanation.

Since my granddaughter's version is the one with movie exposure I think I will get her autograph tonight when we babysit her and her sister.  :))

That's so cute!  I know someone who had something similar happen to her - she was on the cover of a college brochure, and the brochure was featured in an episode of Heroes.
