This book gave me a lot of food for thought, especially about how to deal with the winter blahs. Basically, I need to spend more time outdoors (in the winter)in order to get the emotional benefit of natural daylight, which is easier said than done when you live in Upstate New York! But I gained a little more knowledge from this book, and that's always a good thing.

I bought this book after seeing one of the authors on PBS (Public Broadcasting, not PaperBackSwap!). It is full of great information and is really helpful. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent book. Easy to read and understand with plenty of examples. Hardly any "big" or "techincal" terms for the light reader. Full of resources and assessment tools! Worth it!
