I found this book quite interesting and a compelling story. It was very well written and from a Finnish persepective, given the author is Finnish that makes sense. My friend read it and she found it rather depressing and said she had enough craziness in her family she didn't need to read about someone elses nutty relations. I did notagree with her and I found the realationships interesting and not your typical melodramatic memoir themes. Try it you will like it.
