I understand that PBS frowns upon a member not responding to a PM.  I had a RWAP,  and during the course of that I filled out the PM box to go to the member to give additional details and asking for my credit back.   If they do not respond in a week's time, I know I need to contact PBS.  My question is, when I go under the follow up box and click on:  "The sender didn't answer the PM asking to discuss this", is that notifying PBS and all I need to do?  Or would you send an additional PM to "contact us" concerning the unresolved RWAP?

Mindy, just to be on the safe side, I'd send feedback about the problem using the Contact Us link, and mention that you also marked the follow-up RWAP box.   Sending a Feedback message will indicate to the team that you'd like to hear back from them.  (You may hear nothing if the Team follows up on your RWAP responses only with the other member...)

I've had to use the "sender didn't answer the PM asking to discuss this" a couple of times and I was surprised how fast I was contacted by the other members. I think the email PBS sends out must be strong enough to convince them to respond. Had that not worked, I would have contacted PBS a few days after. If I remember correctly, PBS suggests waiting 5 days to use "the sender didn't answer the PM asking to discuss this" link and an additional 2 days before contacting PBS.
