I know this seems like a weird forum to post this, but I know the paranormal readers stay on top of getting those future releases into the system and I notice a lot of titles in the *To Wish* thread that are formated incorrectly so I wanted to give the hints on setting up titles in the format that PBS uses so that we don't create more work for the data team fixing.

The format for a title should be:

Title (Series, Bk #)

So Late Eclipses: An October Daye Novel  should be entered as Late Eclipses (October Dave, Bk#)  If the series number is not known, then you can leave the Bk# off until you have that information.

Also, the binding type does not need to be in the title unless it is an audio. For an audio the type of media and whether it is abridged or unabridged can go there.

Just some hints so that the titles are in PBS format from the start and we won't need to submit data edits to change them later.

And, please don't upload book pictures unless it is really the cover.

This is not a cover: (see link below) I've seen quite a few of these as the "cover" image lately.

I think it takes longer for PBS to replace a book image than to load a brand new one. Better to have nothing at all until the real cover comes out.
