I posted my first ten books, but I didnt get my credits. How long does this usually take?

Your bookshelf only shows 8 books. If the last two didn't make it for some reason, you won't get your credits until they are put in there.

It only shows ten books because I already mailed two of them....so do I still get my credits?

I had to post 11 books before my credit showed up.

Sabrina are you the first member registering from your address and from your particular computer? The system doesn't give the free credits if you live at the same address as an existing member and I don't think it gives them if you register from the same IP address as an existing member either although I'm not 100% sure on that one...

Any other accounts in your house? 2 credits are only for thr first sign up. Have you checked your credit registry? It shows all credits in and out of your account. Have you tried logging out and then logging back in?

I made an account like three years ago, and never got on after making it....but that was sooooooooo long ago!

I would write to the "powers that be" (use the contact us button at the bottom of the screen) and explain the entire situation to them. If you never used your original free credits, you should still be entitled to them.

And if your old account still exists they'll probably want to merge them.

On the bright side, if you've mailed 2 already you'll have 2 credits soon!
