This book was fantastic. This is my second time reading this. I read it back in 2005 it was good then but better now. :) This book teaches you how to be a better person to yourself mainly and to others in the long run. I think everyone should read this book!

"Boundaries" are the unseen structures that support healthy, productive lives. This book shows how to create boundaries that balance one's own needs with the needs of others. The author presents ways in which people violate their own boundaries or let other people breach them which stunts personal growth and takes time and energy away from the things that really matter.
