Good story line, but very predictable. I didn't feel much emotion with the main characters-almost like there just wasn't any chemistry there, like her other books.

While I love every book I have ever read by Stephanie Laurens, I found this one to be lackluster and rather dull. I didn't care for it and on my personal rating system of 1-4 stars, I gave this 2.5 stars.

This story at least had a reasonable villian and expectation of danger. She did give away the identity of her victim a trifle too soon, but the sex was hot and reasonably graphic, even if the circumstances were somewhat less than believable. I enjoyed the novel and will read others by this author.

I have the whole series(all 16)Wish had gotten them in hard back so they won't wear out so fast. This is a series I will read over and over again.
Stephanie Laurens is great. I've loved the Cynster series and have just started the Bastion series. Can't wait to get to the next one.
