This book is full on information about how, why, and when we go thru memory loss. However, it is about regular memory loss---- you know the 'what's her name,' 'hmm, I walked to the kitchen for what reason?' type of memory loss. It is NOT about alzheimers.

The author pretty much interviewed a couple dozen 'memory/brain' specialists and put together their finding in a fun, lay-person read.

Really liked this book! It allowed me to take a deep breath and understand that forgetting where I put my galsses is ok. Forgetting that I even wear glasses is not.

I loved this book! Plenty of useful information about the science of memory, including gender differences, what type of memory issues are normal, the effectiveness of supplements, diet and exercise. Solid scientific information, presented in a fun, interesting, easy to understand way. Highly recommend.
