I loved their books but can't find out why they stopped writing... Anyone know what happened to them?

No, and I have looked and asked for years.  It's a sad thing.

According to a fairly recent article in Romantic Times Magazine they are still happily married (one rumor was that they had divorced).  They had decided when they married that they didn't want to live a career-driven life with no time to enjoy family and life in general.  When they started writing together they enjoyed it but they became so immensely successful that they once again had to decide whether or not they wanted to be consumed by a career.  They didn't, so they just walked away from it.  He went back to driving a truck and she went back to, well, I don't remember.

That 's the story I got anyway.

They wrote regencies and historical (The Windflower) under the name Laura London.  Contemporaries under Robin James and Sharon and Tom Curtis.  Around the late 70's and the 80's I think.
