I was looking at a Daily Digest just now, and I noticed an unusual title. It's a book that I happen to know about because it's an interest area of mine, and I know the author as well. It's such an obscure little tome, I was amazed that anyone on PBS actually *had* a copy of it, let alone was posting it. (If you're curious, the book is ISBN 0967321573 -- Lovecraft's iibrary: A Catalogue, by S. T. Joshi.) So I
clicked on it to look at its page, and it didn't seem to have been posted after all: it's one of those books where the options are "Post This Book" or "Buy It New" but no "Order This Book."

So... I'm sorry if this is totally obvious and I'm missing it: Where do the entries on books like that--with no "Order This Book" option--come from? If it's not available to order, why would it show up in the Daily Digest?

                                                                        --cheers,

I'm guessing that while it was posted it was immediately wished/requested by someone else.
