I love Karen's books. She is a very gifted writer and her stories are realistic with lots of depth to them, however, this was not one of my favorites. I have enjoyed her other books much more than this one.

If you are new to Karen Kingsbury books do read them but I highly recommend reading some of her other titles first.

Great reading, involving characters and a story that makes you think (and cry!). Another good Kingsbury novel!

Karen Kingsbury once again delivers a touching story. The characters and the journey through dealing with their own past while dealing with their father's death is very real and comes to life through Karen's words. I had a hard time putting this one down and found myself in tears through several parts of the book. Amazing and well worth the read.
