260 pages A series of victims of natural disasters turns into a serial killer. It's time for Moulder and Scully to investigate.

This X-Files book doesn't quite live up to the TV series. It seems like this author doesn't really know Scully and Mulder. The story seemed to have some gaps or make some assumptions. It was an OK good, a way to kill time, but not one of my favorites.

We can't watch the X-Files on TV anymore, and they're not making any new episodes, but we can still catch up on the doings of Mulder and Scully in novels.

From back cover:
Serial killers come in all shapes and sizes. But this one is particularly puzzling. There's no pattern to the mutilated bodies that have been showing up in Albuquerque; both sexes, all races, ages, ethnic groups. There is no evidence of rape or ritual. Only one thing connects the victims. They were victims of a natural disaster. One of the most UNNATURAL natural disasters imaginable, leading to a most painful, most certain, and most hideous death...
Mulder and Scully have their work cut out for them.

I was at one time a major X-Files fan. But now I am on to other things... but am I still a non-paranoid conspiracy buff. This book is a good read, definite brain candy. Enjoy

Given to me by a good friend who moved out of state (I haven't read it). But I'm trying to get books for a Readers for the Future program.
