Exactly the kind of western stories you'd expect to find in a men's magazine, as this is where they were originally published in the 1930s. The plots in these nine short stories aren't overly complicated, the characters are often two-dimensional and you just have to accept some of the things which happen. But if you are a lover of Westerns, you'll still find most of them entertaining reading.
