From the parable of the lion and the mouse to revolution in Venezuela, RHD takes us on another ride reminiscent of Soldiers of Fortune and several of his other Latin American jaunts. This time two friends appoint themselves as the white mice to rescue an imprisoned general from a dictatorial government. If you can believe that they can do it, you also must believe that a New Bedford native is named Captain Codman. Then, inadvertently, they stumble onto two separate schemes to overthrow the government. They must rescue the general first. Can they do it? Yes they can! Not quite as good as Soldiers of Fortune but an entertaining story nonetheless.
