While looking at cards the other day I saw a Twilight card with Edward on the front it said something like this is to grant your wish of a Cullen any Cullen being your valentine.  It got me thinking if you could have a character from a book show up at your door on Valentine's Day with a dozen roses and chocolate who would be ringing the doorbell?  For me I think Wrath or Rhage from JR Ward's books would be nice or John from Lisa Marie Rice's Midnight Man.  A Mackenzie from Linda Howard's books would be nice too.  I am sure there are a lot of others.  Who would you want as your valentine?

You mean I have to pick just one?  LOL

Since I'm reading a Virgin River book, I could say Jack Sheridan.  Or Jack Travis from Smooth Talking Stranger.  Or any big, strong, sexy highlander in a kilt.  I'd love Jamie but I don't want to have to fight you all for him.  lol   How about any of Karen Marie Moning's Scottish guys?  I could just close my eyes & listen to them talk.  :)

Oh, Lord.  We can pick?  And here I thought my DH had to bring me my Valentines:P  I'll have to think about this one because I have too many to pick from.  Unless I could have all of them?

OMG Michelle, you are right- I'd take Drustan from the KMM Highlander series any day!!  Come to think of it, I wouldn't kick Adam Black out of bed either, should he come calling in red satin boxers and nothing else...

Ok I could have KMM's Higlander guys be my valentine.  Heck they could just sit on my couch and read the phone book and I would enjoy it.

Mr Darcy of course. Someone else popped in my head earlier, but my mind has since gone blank.  I'm not good at remembering characters and stuff.  It's why I can often reread books and still enjoy it as though I've never read it.  (Hope that makes sense.)

There's no way I could pick just one from so many well-written characters I've loved in so many books.

Kim, don't be greedy!!

As for me, I would choose Addis de Valence from The Protector by Madeline Hunter.  Yeesh -- that woman can write great heroes.

Can I pick more than one?

Jamie from Outlander.  Oh and Young Ian too.

Mike Valenzuela from Whispering Rock (Robyn Carr)

Joe Montgomery from Next to Die (Marliss Melton)

Jack Travis from Smooth Talking Stranger - definitely.

The one and only Admiral Jake Robinson from Suzanne Brockmann's "Admiral's Bride".

Or...Dan Calebow from SEP's "It Had to be You"

and what does it say about me that I usually only read historicals but those are the two contemporaries that I'd pick?

or....Roly Matheison from Patricia Veryan's "Dedicated Villian"

Ranger from the Stephanie Plum books "Bayybe"

Kahn from The Challenge by Susan Kearney (I want him to bring that psi suit that fondles the wearer)

Mine would be Davy McCloud from the Shannon McKenna books.......OH, MY!   And I wouldn't throw his brother Connor off the porch either, with or without chocolate and flowers!!

Another one I would love to have ring my door bell is Phin from Welcome to Temptation.  You see,  I really have a thing for blonds.......all over blonds, that is.......

Ben Lewis from Howard's HEART OF FIRE - although I doubt he's taming material. I wouldn't have a clue on how to handle him, either. Close follow-ups are some of the Steele Street guys - still getting palpitations thinking of those bad boys.
