For vampires:

Hands down it would be Bones from the Night Huntress series.  Bones is incredibly devoted, passionate, sexy, funny and lethal.

After Bones, it would be Zsadist, Vishous, and John Matthew from the Black Dagger Brotherhood series.  Don't make me pick one from those three.  They're all incredible warriors, highly devoted to their mates, and sexy as can be.  Yes, Zsadist is sexy even with that long scar on his face. 

Weres/Shifter

Garreth from the Immortals After Dark Book 7.  I'll be his mate any day of the week.  Bowen from the same series is just as good.   Lykae are loyal and very protective.  What's not to like?

Demons

Eidolon from Demonica Bk 1.  He's smart, a doctor, and a very handsome, caring fellow.

I forgot about Ethan from Chicagoland.

I think I must be weird, but although I usually root for the "main love interest" in a book, he is never the one I'd pick for myself.  Maybe it's something about thinking he belongs to the heroine.  Case in point, although the following are not my top on book lists, I'd pick Jasper out of Twilight, and Adrian from Vampire Academy. 

Pondering, ... yeah, Jasper from Twilight.  Probably because his character wasn't largely expanded for the reader, so it leaves him up to me to create for the most part.

john matthew for me from bdb mm sooo hott. lol.. also i am enjoying this dude in nina bang's wicked nights.. idk if he is a fav but JM is def for me

for me I would pick Emmet from the twilight

It's amazing how unique we all are, while I like the BDB, I don't have a favorite there.  ...at least, I don't think, maybe if I reread them all, one would stand out.  If I did, John Matthew wouldn't be it.  Maybe it's my auditory fixation, but I need to hear the voice.  I really like his character, though.

I need to get into some of the other series' that have been mentioned, as I am current on all of the ones I've been reading.
