I thought we were each assigned a tour guide but I can't seem to find mine on my Home page. Am I just overlooking it? |

It could be that the TG assigned to you has since given up or left PBS--they don't reassign people a new one when that happens, only assign new folks at this time. There's another thread about this further down somewhere, "A Day in the Life of a Tour Guide" or something like that, and there are people posting there in that thread so you can contact them to get a new one if you want. Yes, but Char has been a member for over 2 years, so she didn't just get started...she probably had a TG at one time who is no longer active, so they would need to get another assigned to her is what I'm saying. Cheryl |

I can see my tour guide's name on my PM tab, above all of my messages. Try there maybe? If not, you can always contact the live help (who I assume are tour guides). It's under the Help link at the top of the page. I got an answer back in 5 minutes the other day. Great service! [Edit: Oops, sorry! On my "messages" page, there is a blue band across the top. On that blue band is the name of my TG and a pm button. |

Yes, but if you don't have a tour guide that isn't there. I joined before the TG program was there, so I have never had one. Cheryl |

If you need the help of a TG but don't have one assigned, you can always use the Live Help feature to get help from whatever TGs are online. Cheers, Catt |

Did you join before the TG's came about? I dont have a TG cause there werent any when I joined. |
