I thought we were each assigned a tour guide but I can't seem to find mine on my Home page. Am I just overlooking it?

OK that says"If you have questions, you can ask your PBS Tour Guide, who is on your Personal Messages Tab on your My Account page."

But it's not there.

It could be that the TG assigned to you has since given up or left PBS--they don't reassign people a new one when that happens, only assign new folks at this time. There's another thread about this further down somewhere, "A Day in the Life of a Tour Guide" or something like that, and there are people posting there in that thread so you can contact them to get a new one if you want.

If you hold your mouse over the Tour Guide thingy near the bottom of that "I just got started" link it explains that a tourguide has been assigned as your Buddy.

Yes, but Char has been a member for over 2 years, so she didn't just get started...she probably had a TG at one time who is no longer active, so they would need to get another assigned to her is what I'm saying.

I can see my tour guide's name on my PM tab, above all of my messages. Try there maybe? If not, you can always contact the live help (who I assume are tour guides). It's under the Help link at the top of the page. I got an answer back in 5 minutes the other day. Great service!

[Edit: Oops, sorry! I just realized you already looked on the PM tab.]

Mine is Cheryl!  I'll be your TG if you want!  :)

On my "messages" page, there is a blue band across the top.  On that blue band is the name of my TG and a pm button.

Yes, but if you don't have a tour guide that isn't there. I joined before the TG program was there, so I have never had one.

If you need the help of a TG but don't have one assigned, you can always use the Live Help feature to get help from whatever TGs are online.

Cheers,
