Print it, wrap it, put it in your outgoing mail.  It's technically "mailed" as far as the sender is concerned.  It's now in the hands of USPS.

Maybe the first print, didn't print well. Maybe they weren't paying attention. As to the time, remember not everyone is on Eastern Time and not everyone works 9 to 5.

Yup, the time in PBS is always Eastern. It's not uncommon for me to be doing stuff at 3:00 am PBS time. And I always print and mark mailed right after each other.

And I can't begin to tell you how many times I've aimed at the book detail button and hit the reprint button. Right next to each other. I have reprints after I've mailed.

Sometimes my printer acts up and I have to go back in and try to print again. Sometimes people will accidently hit the button for the print page but don't actually print a 2nd time.  I will mark a book as mailed after I print if I'm going to put it in my mailbox as soon as I wrap it. Nothing is going on that you need to worry about.

It used to be that if you accidentally hit "reprint label" instead of "details" it would show up as a later printing date on the details, but for some time now, it doesn't actually give a second date unless the label is actually PRINTED...so hitting that button by accident won't cause a second date to show up. I'm guessing there may have been a problem with the first printing--got caught in the printer or something, so she had to print it over again. The second time is only a minute after the first...if the second print time was a week later, then I might be suspicious.

I often mark books mailed minutes after printing...per PBS, once a book is marked mailed, you actually have 48 hours to physically mail it...and once it leaves your hands and is in the mailbox to go out, it is mailed, whether that happens at 11 a.m. or 11 p.m.

I've had to print a label twice before and it was a couple of days apart.  I usually print the label right after I accept.  I went to wrap the book and I was out of packing tape, so I set the label aside until I could get to the store and get more.  Couple of days later, I was ready to wrap the book and couldn't remember where I put the label.  So I had to print it out again.  I'm sure it looked weird to the receiver but it was all innocent.

Sometimes when I print the label, it will come out looking like Russian!  I have no idea why.  It has happened on three different printer from two different computers.  So I have to reprint the label when that happens and the second time, it's in English.

I have discovered that when I say "print," my computer doesn't just print - it first downloads the document onto my drive, then prints it. So when I need to print or view the label a second time (but without making modifications to it in any way), I prefer to print straight from the downloaded version already on my drive, to avoid showing a second print date. It's quicker for me (because recent downloads are so easy to find on my system), and I avoid making the recipient wonder what's happening.

Sometimes uploading a new version of Adobe will fix this
