Some time back, PBS changed its format and ever since then, every time I go to the site I have to wait a few seconds to be redirected to my account. I've tried changing my bookmarks, but it doesn't  help. Does this happen to everyone?

It happens to me, but doesn't bother me.

Me too, and I usually have to sign in every time I visit regardless of whether or not I clicked the "remember me" button.

What browsers are you all using? Are they set to accept cookies?

I use Mozilla Firefox, and once in a while will have issues on new updates, but once those get ironed out everything seems fine.

Phil, I guess I should thank my lucky stars then. ;-)

I use Firefox. Not sure about the cookies, but I think so. I don't have to re-login at my sites.

There is always a couple of seconds before I'm redirected to my account whether I use IE here at work, or Firefox at home. However, I've not had to re-sign in each time, and the redirect is very short, so it doesn't bother me.

My experience is the same as Cheryl's.  No matter which computer I'm using there's a few seconds delay before I'm directed to my account, but I don't have to re-enter my information.

Yep, I think everybody has the Redirect screen every time they've been away from PBS for a period of time, and that does seem to vary, not sure if it is by browser or computer, but sometimes hubby thinks he does not get the redirect screen as often as I do, but I believe if I remember some of conversations that PBS posted at the time the security changes were made, that you made reference to, that every one would experience a visitation to the Redirct screen after being idle or away from active use of the site for XX number of minutes. It has to do with the security measures put in place at that time.
