Pretty similar to The Good Witch's Guide by Shawn Robbins. If you're into Angelic Wicca and don't want to work with darker magick, Wiccapedia is the book for you. Purely love and light and not enough information on anything else. There is some good reference material here for herbs, crystals, and angels, if you're into that.
It's a decent place to start, but I would strongly recommend reading Scott Cunningham or David Michael Greer for more complex and complete instruction on the path.
