Great cookbook for wild game and birds. has rabbit, turkey, venison, water fowl, and game bird dishes. Make some tasty dishes for your hunter.
Love this cookbook so much that I'm keeping it. I've tried several of the recipes and the results were wonderful! I no longer have the problems cooking wild game that I used to have.
