The Williams-Sonoma Collection: Salad combines recipes according to season. This is a great way to have recipes at your fingertips as you shop what's in-season where you live. I especially loved the tomato mozzarella salad, the cobb salad and of course the salad dressing recipes the authors have included. Great book to have in your collection!
