I have several books on my bookshelf that I saw on the Club Wish List, but I don't believe that mine are being offered to those members because of differing ISBN numbers.  If someone has a paperback version with a different ISBN, or has requested hardcover on their wish list will they not be notified that my paperback version is available.  I know for some people whether a book is hard or paperback is a big deal, but for others I know it doesn't really matter.

Yes, it is ISBN specific.  If the other members have the "similar to something on your WL" emails turned on, they'll get notified that there are other ISBNs of the book they're wishing for available.

You can also place a tag on the ISBN WL book with a note posted under and give the ISBN of your books.   Now it it goes through FIFO - but you may see the activity increase on the book so it moves through FIFO faster,  Also there are usually a thread in the Genre forums to place WL books with different ISBN.  Both have worked for me.  Good Luck

I only do what Jubhead suggested when mine is the only copy or there are very few posted. To find out how many are posted you can put the book on your reminder list.  If there are a lot of copies of your version then those people really want that WL version.  Most of the time I find they are ordere pretty quickly just form the Books Posted Today list when mines the only copy.  So if they've been on your shelf for awhile chances are pretty good that those people really want the version that's on WL.
