I don't know if I'm in the right place to ask this question but I thought I'd try.  What happened to the wish lists since PBS Market started?  It use to be alphabetized in order but now it isn't. Any special reason why not?  And will it be straightened out?  Thanks for any answers or comments on  my questions.

You need to go to the right side of your page - right above the wish list books and find the option (a drop down menu) of ways to sort your wish list - the top one is the PBS market but you may choose any one that works for you.  Check it out.

I think that the PBS market is now the default setting.  That you will need to change it to alpha or another every time you log out.  That may or may not change.   Before alpha was the default.  (Do note that if you set it to author, some books without authors listed are not visible.  They are on the list, just can't be seen.)

I think it's the storms on the East Coast.  I'm also getting a lot of server errors.  PBS is based in Georgia.

And there used to be a check mark tab where you could see how many books were on their way to you.  That is down as well.

The server errors are occurring here and there for quite a few members; it's not a glitch with the wish list, just a somewhat random technical glitch.  Here's PBS's official response to the problem:

Each time we have a short server outage, even if it lasts one minute or less, some ISPs (AOL is the worst offender) hold on to the error page and continue to show it to their users for a week or more. Our recommendation is to always use a browser other than the AOL browser. Firefox is a good choice.

What we recommend is:

(1) Restart your computer
(2) Delete your "temporary internet files" (= clear your browser cache)
(3) If you are using AOL's browser, try using Internet Explorer or Firefox (available from www.mozilla.com)
(4) If you are using AOL to access the Internet, try using a computer that does not use AOL to access the internet.

If this doesn't work, you would need to contact your ISP and tell them to update their proxy servers to show the correct, updated code for this page.

We hope this information helps. Have a great day!

It's also been suggested that a hard refresh (ctrl + F5) might help resolve the issue.

Hope that helps :)
