Just wondering..... if our wish list is not private, is it possible to make it private?  I looked through the settings and didn't find any sort of setting for that.

Thanks PBS'ers!

Sheila,

Go to your settings page and click the blue link all the way to the right called Privacy Controls.  Scroll about 1/2 way down the page and you can set your wishlist to "Only Me".

Yes, you can.  Just mouse over "my account" and choose "settings".  Then, go to "privacy controls".  Scroll down to the Lists section and select "only me" on the Wish List line.  That way, you're the only one that can see it.

Thank you both!  It's a done deal.  I feel kind of silly now, it was so easy!!

With much appreciation,

Sheila

This might be slightly off topic, but why would you want to make your wishlist private?

No criticism implied, I am genuinely curious.

For the same reason I wear tinfoil hats, lol!!! Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Honestly, there is a reason and I just can't say right now.  I'll make it public again in a while.

There could be books on a WL someone might not want family, friends or strangers to know one is interested in.....of course, some of the stranger things on my WL aren't for me....really!
