Another member's recent post about whether it is worth the trouble to post non-ISBN books got me to thinking and now prompts this question: How about a recurring topic in the Book Bazaar forum about "wished for" non-ISBN books?

Is there one (I didn't see one) or has there ever been ... and would there be problems with having one? It just seems to me that since there is no way to wishlist non-ISBN books, it might help a little, especially in the case of older, out-of-print books that have never had an ISBN in any edition. Then folks could at least see that there are non-ISBN books wanted and could post them if they have them.

It sounds like a good idea to me.  You could start one and bump it once a day.  If it catches on, maybe TPTB might make it a sticky thread at the top.  So what's there to lose?
