Hi all,

I currently have 182 books on my wishlist, yet when I try to add another I get a message stating that I can't have over 200 books on the list. Is this a known bug or is there something else going on? It has happened to me before in the past, but I hadn't discovered the forums at that point.

Try deleting your cookies, then log out and log back in to PBS, maybe that will clear the glitch that is preventing you from using the last 18 spots on your wish list.

Do you have 18 wishlist books on hold? If so, then you do have 200 books on your wishlist. See below:

New feature!  auto-request options are now color-coded for at-a-glance list management

• Items set to auto-request will be green
• Items on hold will be red
• Items not on hold and not set to auto-request will have no color applied.
• If you put an auto-request item on hold, it will turn red.

Make sure you do not have your wish list sorted by Author. I see 199 books on your WL, and I assume that you might also have 1 on hold for a total of 200.

Looks like you've sorted by author. I get 181 books if I resort your WL by author, 199 if I sort by title. You must have 18 books that have no author listed and 1 book on hold.

Like the other peeps said, I see 199 books on your WL. i took a quick look and there are some on there without a listed author, so if you sorted your WL by author, those wouldn't show up so it looks like you have less if you're looking from the "my wishlist" tab. If you click on the wishlist button by your name, you will see things as we do and all of them should show up, unless you have something on hold.

Laura, I just put through edits on your wish list books that were missing authors.  The changes should show up in a few days.

Thanks, everyone, for the prompt responses. I guess I did have my WL sorted by author; I didn't realize that would affect the count. (I admit that I find the wishlist functions and layout baffling.) I appreciate the clarification.

And Patty, thanks for editing those books that had missing info - I'm assuming that's something that not everyone can do? If I see similar errors in the future should I post here on the forum?

Laura, if you want, you can submit book corrections from the book description page under "More Options"
