I was offered a wishlist book this morning.  I requested the book and shortly threafter received an e-mail that the book had been mailed. 

I just logged back on to the site and am being offered the same book.  (I did NOT get a second e-mail saying the book was being offered again.)  I checked my account page and the same title that was supposedly mailed doesn't show up in my "en route to you" page.  It doesn't even show up as pending anything.  I checked my transaction archive and the request wasn't canceled by the sender.  It just seems to have disappeared.

I'm afraid to accept the new offer in case the original one just isn't showing up for some reason. 

Any thoughts?

Same thing I click accept and still says I need to accept. I although it deducted my credit.

Well, it seems to have righted itself.  Without hitting "accept" again, it's now showing that it's on its way.  When I looked at the details, I thought this was interesting.... It shows the label being printed (twice) before it was ever accepted.  Anyhoo, I won't worry about it anymore.

I've been trying for over an hour to mail books for swaps. Go through the process and the books disappear when I say to mail them. Also, same as Alice, keeps offering me the same wishbook. I was able to run the label through another browser but that one won't let me accept the book either. Definitely a glitch.

Last night I had a book requested from me. After printing the wrapper, I refreshed my home page, and it showed that I needed to re-accept the offer (i.e., looked like I hadn't accepted it). Obviously the Site is having some hiccups.

I had a boatload of problems over on SaDVD last night and on PBS I clicked "Club Member Thoughts" and it took me to "Watched Topics" twice (third time was the charm and I got to CMT...

My issues over at SaDVD included:

  1. a request from My Tower vanish (not showing on My Tower, pending on My Tower, as a requested DVD, or as a WL hold) even though I was in communication with the member and got an e-mail that I had a request.
  2. a PM mark itself as unread in the tab header (not that unusual since in my experience the tab takes a while to update that a PM has been read) and the message itself showed bold after being read. I refreshed the page multiple times and it only unbolded after I replied to it. The tab is stillo showing (1) unread PM
  3. I moved a title on my WL around 11:30pm and when I got nervous from the other issues and checked to see if anything was weird with my WL it had reverted to its previous position. Rank, not Position.
  4. my Tower is not retaining sort criteria that I have applied. ex: Resort -> Posted, but when I refresh it reverts to Resort -> Title
  5. I marked a DVD received and included a thank-you note, but when I clicked back to My Account it was showing as still in-coming. I marked it received a 2nd time, which seems to have processed correctly

I did send feedback on SaDVD (I was getting frazzled so I didn't end up sending for PBS), and the short version of their response (as I'd mentioned a few particular titles that they replied about) is:

  • We apologize for all of these issues you were having late last night. We were experiencing some technical problems that do seem to be resolved on our send at this time.
