I noticed something on my wishlist today and I have a question. I put Black Butler volumes 10, 11, 12, and 13 on my wishlist in 2013. Last week I was # 4 on vol 10, # 6 on vol 11, # 4 on vol 12 and # 3 on vol 13. Today I'm # 5 on vol 10, # 7 on vol 11, # 5 on vol 12 and # 4 on vol 13. So how did another person get ahead of me on the wishist for these books? These are the one's I've found so far. There may be more. I have sent feedback to PBS, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them?
Edit: I found more where I've moved back another spot on the wishlist. Black Butler vol 3, was #3 now #4. Black Butler vol 6, was #2 now #3. Black Bulter vol 8, was #2 now #3. Black Butler vol 9, was # 4 now #5. Hetalia vol 3, was #7 now #8.

Here is the help doc that describes this situation:
Why did I move *backward* on my Wish List?
I would say that since you moved one spot on several books that are in the same series, it's almost certainly the case that another member who is wishing for the these books was on vacation hold over the holidays and is now back.
I have been checking a book on my wishlist since November 21, 2016 when I became number 1 on the list.
When I checked today, this is what I saw Your position: 1 of 93 - Wishes granted last week: 1 - Estimate: N/A
This item is on Auto Request.
I have not had list on vacation, I did not have book on hold, I did not select "not now". Very disappointed and discouraged.
